If you want to enjoy some spectacular panoramic views from way up high, then the Scenic Skyride is the excellent pick for summer adventure. The picturesque Skyride can accommodate up to six people and is a perfect way to take in the surrounding scenery. The ride to the 3200-foot summit takes 11 minutes, and once there, you can explore the stores and eateries that await you before returning to your Catskill mountain lodge.

Tannersville may be small, but it is a great foodie town! Jessie’s Harvest House, Last Chance Antiques & Cheese Cafe, and Mama's Boy being the classics, with new additions to the town including Tabla, Shandaken Bake, and Pantry on main. A short walk away from our property is Tannersville Antiques, a multi-level warehouse filled to the brim with collectables. Next door is Rustic Mountain, a more boutique style antique shop that has some of the best curated finds around. If you’re willing to drive about half an hour, one of our favorite recommendations is Coxsackie Antique Center, a HUGE warehouse of various vendors with vintage/antique wares for sale, ranging from clothes, jewelry, furniture, bags, perfumes, dishes, decorations, and so much more.


Get outdoors

The heart of the Catskills is lush with an abundance of outdoor activities, from local hikes to the mountaintop arboretum to outdoor music venues. Their drinks and food are stellar, and if you haven't had one of their heirloom eggs on a sandwich, you don't know what you're missing out on.
