The resort boasts an impressive 3200ft high peak with views of The Green Mountains in Vermont and the Berkshires in Massachusetts, plus a skiable vertical drop of 1,600 feet. There are 11 dining options on the mountain, including grab-and-go cafes, pizzeria, a waffle stand, several bars, and sit-down restaurants. Mountain peaks at 3100 ft and features 54 trails on 285 skiable acres. The resort offers trails for all skill levels, including a dedicated learning area for beginners. Kids will enjoy both snow tubing and snowmobiling because The Tubing Park at Windham Mountain Club has snowmobiles that are just for kids! Dining options include slope side classic favorites as well as bespoke cuisine with curated cocktails and spectacular views. Ski equipment can be rented on-site, and private lessons or group classes are available for all levels.


3. Belleayre Mountain:

Belleayre Mountain, located about 20 miles from Hotel Mountain Brook, is a family-friendly resort, known for long cruising trails, as well as challenging steeps with bumps. It's owned by the State of New York and managed by the Olympic Regional Development Authority. The resort has 50 trails, with the longest trail stretching up to two miles, as well as almost 10 km of cross-country trails. Families can take part in cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. For dining options, the mountain features a marketplace with grab-and-go options, a sit-down restaurant with hearty food, and a waffle stand. Ski equipment can be rented on-site, and private lessons or group classes are available for all levels.
